1. General Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through Manong Philippines, operated by K.A.M. Consumer Goods Trading.
We are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and reasonable standards for returns and refunds.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defect
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
- Customized or special-order products
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- Description of the issue
Upon verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A refund processed through the original payment method
We reserve the right to assess claims before approval.
5. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part, return shipping costs shall be shouldered by the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipment.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order will be treated under the standard return process.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of future transactions while the matter is reviewed.
